NELSON’S POINT HOUSE

An elegant recently built home inspired by local history

Perched high above Falmouth Harbour, Pigeon Beach and Galleon Beach, and directly across from Shirley Heights Lookout, Nelson’s Point House, completed in March 2016, was built to fit into to the local historically rich environment of Nelson’s Dockyard and the National Park and the remains of strategic military installations, recently inscribed on UNESCO’s World Heritage List. In the same historic vein, an identical replica of a cannon from the 18th century French frigate “Hermione” is “aimed” at the entry of the Dockyard.

The 8-bedroom (all air-conditioned) property, comprised of the Main House, the Grenier Annexe, Guest Cottage, Children’s Cottage, swimming pool and its gazebo, is situated high on a hill of the Windward Estates and enjoys breath-taking sea views. It is a perfect spot for taking in the setting sun overlooking Montserrat and Redonda. To the south, Guadeloupe can be seen.

VILLA LUCIA

The exquisite craftsmanship of local stonemasons is showcased in the perfectly sculpted walls and graceful pillars which give this seven-bedroom property with separate guest cottage its edge. VPA Villa’s natural hues allow it to blend into the surrounding landscape while its elevated hillside setting magnifies the exceptional views of white sand beaches and the bustling harbour to one side.
The vast pool fitted with luxurious alpine tiles has been ideally positioned before a stretch of uninterrupted sea.
